Late payment is a big challenge for SMEs, draining time, energy, and growth. The latest UK Government research demonstrates late payments cost the UK economy £11 billion each year and that founders spend 86 hours chasing payment.
At this event, delivered with Office of the Small Business Commissioner, ACCA and Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid, the focus will be on solutions for small businesses: platforming businesses using digital tools to reduce the time it takes to get paid, highlighting the support available to businesses in Wales, and you’ll hear the latest on the UK Government's measures to tackle this issue, including the Fair Payment Code.
