The Food Centre Wales, Food Technology Centre and Zero2Five, will be holding workshops which lead to awards in Food Safety, Health and Safety, First Aid and HACCP refresher training, plus some practical courses covering meat and dairy as well as analysis and internal auditor training. These workshops are designed for anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled.
