Food Waste Action Week 2024

Food waste

Food Waste Action Week 2024, themed 'Choose What You'll Use,' is happening from 18 March to 24 March 2024.

Led by Love Food Hate Waste, the week will spotlight the benefits of choosing loose fruits and veggies. Research indicates that opting for loose produce, like apples, bananas, and potatoes, can save 60,000 tonnes of food waste.

Love Food Hate Waste has created a new toolkit designed to support your communications about food waste prevention.
