The UK Government is delivering its Plan to Make Work Pay, including reforms introduced through the Employment Rights Act 2025.
Changes are being introduced gradually, giving employers time to prepare.

- Holiday pay compliance and enforcement – This consultation closes at
11:59pm on 22 September 2026. - Acas Code of Practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures – This consultation closes at 11:59pm on 23 September 2026.
- Revised tipping code of practice – This consultation closes at
11:59pm on 29 September 2026. - Workplace monitoring technologies – This consultation closes at
11:59pm on 30 September 2026. - Equal pay and pay discrimination – This consultation closes at
5pm on 27 October 2026.
