The extended deadline for reporting Gender Pay Gap data is fast approaching, with all companies with over 250 employees required to report their data by 4 October 2021.
This digital event takes place from 1pm to 2pm on 13 September 2021 and provides the opportunity to hear directly from business leaders on the benefits of gender pay gap action planning.
The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) have been working with the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) to provide a toolkit for businesses which offers practical tools and resources for action planning, as well as a series of case studies from leading businesses who have seen the business benefits of gender pay gap action planning.
