International Stress Awareness Week was created in 2018 to raise awareness about stress prevention and takes place from 7 to 11 November 2022.
The highlight is the International Stress Management Association (ISMAUK) Online Global Stress & Wellbeing Summit, on International Stress Awareness Day 9 November 2022.
The day’s programme will include world-class speakers, panels, keynotes, and interactive sessions, reflecting the theme ‘Working Together to Build Resilience and Reduce Stress’.
ISMA members in the UK and internationally will be engaging in dialogue with businesses and individuals in their local areas, as well as delivering online or offline workshops and presentations, so that key messages about raising awareness and reducing the stigma around stress and mental health can be heard locally, regionally and globally.
