International Stress Awareness Week takes place this year from 2 November to 6 November.
The week brings national and international attention to the importance of reducing stress and improving mental wellbeing across workplaces and communities. Through a series of campaigns, events and thought-leadership activities, the week encourages employers to prioritise wellbeing and strengthen their approach to stress management.
The theme for 2026 is “Shaping the Future of Stress and Wellbeing: Rehumanising the Workplace.”
