The 100 Million Hour Movement is a national call for collective action to strengthen both workforces and society, powered by employee volunteering.
Volunteering is a proven tool for tackling many pressing workforce challenges and for delivering social impact, yet less than a third of offered time is currently used.
From major corporates to SMEs, public sector organisations and not-for-profits, the campaign is calling on all UK employers to pledge to take three steps to increase participation in employee volunteering in their workplaces.
These are:
- Lead from the front
- Open it up
- Make it easy
