New product safety markings
If your company places goods on the market in Great Britain, you’ll need to follow new product marking rules from 1 January 2023. The UK government has now made it simpler to use the new product safety mark, the UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA) mark.

Register of Overseas Entities update
Companies house have published three blog posts to update you on the Register of Overseas Entities. The new register is being created under the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act. It will require overseas entities that own UK land or property to declare their beneficial owners or managing officers.
