Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 11 May to 17 May.
In 2026 the campaign theme is ‘Action’, asking people to take action to support good mental health. Raising awareness is vital, but real change comes when we take action too. Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless.
There are lots of different ways to get involved:
- You can download resources and try tips to boost your mental wellbeing.
- Join the community on social media and tell the Mental Health Foundation what good mental health means for you.
- Help turn the country green on Wear it Green Day.
- Become a workplace supporter partner with the Mental Health Foundation.
