Businesses across North Wales are being urged to have their say on the region’s future workforce needs as part of work to develop a new Skills and Employment Plan for 2026 to 2028.
Ambition North Wales’ Regional Skills Partnership has launched a short online employer survey to gather direct insight into the skills and recruitment challenges facing businesses today, and what support will be needed over the coming years.
The feedback will help shape the next three-year North Wales Skills and Employment Plan, ensuring it reflects real-time industry needs and supports economic growth across the region.
The survey, which is open to businesses of all sizes, will close at 12pm on Friday, 10 March 2026.
