The Nuclear Bursary scheme, managed by the National Skills Academy Nuclear (NSAN) provides financial support to individuals for education and training opportunities to help with starting or furthering their professional career in nuclear.
The latest round of the Nuclear Bursary has a focus on individuals that have been directly impacted due to Covid-19 by providing financial support to those that have been furloughed or made redundant from a company working in the nuclear sector.
The Nuclear Bursary will also support employees of SMEs looking to upskill or develop new skills using online programmes of study or training.
The deadline for applications is 4pm on 30 June 2020.
Given the current social distancing measures in place due to the Covid-19 restrictions, applications for courses to be completed by distance learning only will be accepted in this round.
