Join these online awareness raising sessions on reasonable workplace adjustments suitable for neurodivergent people.
The sessions are delivered by a neurodivergent individual who’s learnt what sort of adaptations make her work at Welsh Government easier. It raises awareness and gives an overview of how Reasonable / Workplace Adjustments can support a diverse range of individuals. It encourages honest conversations about being a disabled person and people’s general needs, normalising adjustments as good practice.
The sessions are suitable for anyone – neurodivergent individuals, neurotypical individuals, employers, colleagues or anyone interested in learning more about this area. It offers strategies for a diverse range of people around jobs where individuals are currently working in an office or from home and alongside a computer.
The sessions will last 1.5 hours which includes a short break and time for questions.
