HMRC and HM Treasury have launched a VPD Pre-Registration Data survey to help them understand more about the businesses impacted by the introduction of VPD and VDS. The survey also provides businesses the opportunity to join their mailing list and receive direct updates about the duty and stamps. The duty, announced at Spring Budget 2024, will come into effect on 1 October 2026.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
The survey closes on 14 May 2025.
