Purple Tuesday 2024

Purple Tuesday is a global social movement and the #1 brand for improving the customer experience for disabled people and their families 365 days a year.

The spending power of disabled people and their household worldwide is currently estimated to be worth $13 trillion, increasing by 14% per annum. Only 10% of businesses have a targeted strategy for this huge market and 75% of disabled people and their families have walked away from a business because of poor accessibility or customer service

The initiative inspires leadership and staff of organisations from all sectors and sizes to foster awareness, deepen understanding, and implement solutions for enhanced accessibility in their customer environments. Participating organisations are dedicated to making one new commitment to improve their accessibility and practice, implement the improvement, ensuring that disabled customers have a more inclusive and positive experience and join the global celebrations on 12 November 2024.
