Time to Talk Day 2024

Person supporting a colleague by talking to them

On Time to Talk Day we ask everyone in Wales to have a conversation about mental health.

Time to Talk Day 2024 will take place on Thursday 1 February.

This year's theme is to encourage people to talk about how they really feel. Sometimes it’s easier to tell people we’re ‘fine’ than it is to say how we really feel. By talking about mental health we can bust myths and break down barriers.

Mental health problems are more common than most people realise - affecting one in four of us.

Time to Talk Day is the perfect opportunity to start a conversation about mental health.

Text a friend, chat to a colleague, raise awareness in your community or share something on social media using #TimeToTalk.

Let’s talk about mental health.

We know that escalating costs are a major challenge for businesses and can have an impact on our mental health and wellbeing. Whether you are self-employed or a business owner, we should take steps to take care of our mental health and those of our employees.
