
The UK Government has published a roadmap setting out how it will deliver its new package of workers’ rights through the plan to Make Work Pay.
Changes delivered through the Employment Rights Bill include new statutory rights and the establishment of the Fair Work Agency.
The UK Government has announced that key measures in the Bill will come into effect in 2026 and 2027, whilst further consultations are planned from this year into next.
