UNITE is a Horizon Europe co-funded programme that brings together regions across Europe to build a borderless digital health innovation ecosystem.
Welsh organisations can collaborate with European partners to develop, test and scale innovative digital health solutions that address real-world healthcare challenges.
The call is open from 10 September 2026 to 10 December 2026, with successful projects running from 1 April 2027 to 30 September 2028. A total call budget of €6 million is available, with funding of up to €1 million per project.
Successful projects will need to develop solutions that support:
- Deep-tech innovations to secure equal health for the entire population
- Digital innovations to tackle the health workforce crisis
