The Wales Food and Drink Awards 2025

The Wales Food and Drink Awards for 2025 are open for entries and nominations.

The Awards see hundreds of Welsh producers and suppliers from across the sector, and every corner of Wales, join together each year to celebrate the achievements of businesses and individuals who make the industry what it is today.

Back for its fourth year, the event is attended by more than four hundred people, including leaders and pioneers who are driving further growth within the Welsh economy.

The categories are:

  • Wales Food and Drink Start-Up of the Year
  • Wales Food and Drink Entrepreneur of the Year
  • Wales Food and Drink Exporter of the Year
  • Wales Food and Drink Apprentice of the Year
  • Wales Food and Drink Innovation Award
  • Wales Food and  Drink Sustainable Values Award
  • Wales Food and Drink Rising Star of the Year
  • Wales Food and Drink Scale up Company of the Year
  • Wales Food and Drink Community Award
  • Wales Food Producer of the Year
  • Wales Large Drinks Producer of the year
  • Wales Small Drinks Producer of the year
  • Wales Food and Drink Artisan Business of the Year
  • Business Resilience Award
  • Farm-to-Fork Business of the Year
  • Wales Food and Drink Champion of the Year

The closing date for applications is 21 February 2025 with the awards ceremony taking place on 22 May 2025 at Venue Cymru, Llandudno.
