The programme invites public sector entities, such as local authorities, educational institutions, and emergency services, to apply for interest-free loans covering up to 100% of the expenses for energy-saving or renewable energy projects. Specifically, the Projects at defined stages are eligible for funding, and those in early development can express interest for support.
