Aerospace Wales has join forces with Hugh James, for an employment law webinar, covering the key considerations for employers in a post-Brexit and post-pandemic world.
In the webinar Rhiannon Dale and Eleanor Bamber from the Employment and HR Services team will consider the impact of Brexit on EU nationals’ immigration status, and what employers will need to do should they wish to employ EU workers going forwards.
They will cover immigration routes including via Skilled Worker / Intra Company Transfers (ICT) and employment law implications associated with "in person" events or where work cannot be done at home.
The session will also consider the new requirements for right to work checks, in particular for checking the right to work of EEA nationals and their family members, following the Brexit post-transition grace period which ended on 30 June 2021.
The webinar takes place on Tuesday 27 July 2021 from 10:30am until 12pm.
