On 15 July 2020, a new vision and action plan for the social enterprise sector in Wales will be launched.
Entitled ‘Transforming Wales Through Social Enterprise’, the document has been co-produced by social enterprises, social enterprise support agencies in Wales and has the support of Welsh Government.
The aim is to provide a clear vision of the potential of social enterprises to contribute to the lives and livelihoods of people in Wales as they rebuild from the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic, as well as addressing the climate crisis.
The vision is accompanied by a progressive action plan, which will, in the short term, support the sector to recover, but will also take the sector forward and ensure it achieves its full potential.
