Please take part in this brief survey (approx. 10 minutes), which explores the qualities of leadership that promote diversity, inclusion, and equality in UK manufacturing. The survey is led by IfM Engage, Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge, on behalf of the Women in Manufacturing UK Initiative, a network of professionals dedicated to fostering an inclusive sector.
