Women's Leadership in Wales Survey

There's a persistent gap in the number of women reaching leadership positions in businesses across Wales. To address this challenge, the CBI Cymru Women's Leadership Group was launched last year. The Group will develop initiatives to support the career advancement of women.

One such initiative is this comprehensive survey designed by CBI Cymru in collaboration with the University of South Wales Business Research and Innovation Group. This survey aims to gather valuable data on how businesses in Wales are currently supporting women who aspire to leadership roles.

By participating in this short survey, you can directly contribute to positive change. Your anonymous responses will help us understand the current landscape and establish a benchmark to measure future progress.

Together, we can create a more equitable environment where women have the support and opportunities they need to thrive in leadership positions.

The survey closes on 31 July 2024 at 5pm.
