Young people’s wellbeing at work workshops

apprentices

Healthy Working Wales has commissioned RCS to explore the health and wellbeing of young people aged 16 to 24 in the workplace, with a focus on mental health.

With work-related stress increasingly affecting young employees, this project will gather insights from young workers and employers across Wales to understand key challenges and identify what support works best.

The findings will help develop practical guidance and resources to improve workplace wellbeing and support young people to build sustainable careers.

Who can take part?

  • Young people and apprentices willing to share their experiences
  • Employers and managers seeking to better understand young people’s needs
  • HR professionals, wellbeing leads, mentors or anyone with relevant insight
