The UK and the EU have agreed transitional arrangements to allow personal data to flow freely from the EU to the UK as part of the Brexit trade deal. Under the arrangements, businesses and public bodies in the UK will continue to receive data freely from the EU for a period of up to six months until adequacy decisions have been adopted.
