On Thursday 3 December 2020, the ICO held a webinar aimed at small and medium-sized organisations. Members of the ICO customer service team discussed the key data protection requirements to consider at the end of the transition period for leaving the EU.

The focus was on the role of the ICO, how data can continue to flow to and from the UK, the impact of the Schrems II judgment and the requirements for EU representatives. Watch a recording of the webinar on YouTube.
