Devising a digital marketing strategy

Founder Judith Bond attended a free digital technology masterclass, run by Superfast Business Wales, and then devised a digital marketing plan, which focused on using social media.

And the former office manager is now targeting a raised profile for her blog, which focuses on cakes, photography and an online community of small businesses in Wales.

Judith said: “The boost in sales has definitely been influenced by my new marketing campaign.

“The masterclass was fantastic and covered different online tools to promote the business.

“I now use different social media channels including Instagram to promote my products and engage with customers, and I hope to become well known as a North Wales blogger.

Supporting growth

“Superfast Business Wales has been really supportive of our growth and I’d definitely recommend them to small businesses looking to expand.”

Superfast Business Wales is a fully-funded Welsh Government and ERDF backed scheme offering free ICT advice and guidance to help small and medium sized businesses grow from utilising digital technology.

The service has a range of free online information and tools, carries out free website reviews, provides one-to-one advice, and holds regular masterclasses presenting expert digital business advice.
