Mandy is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in the multimillion-pound service industry. Having held senior roles including Administration Director and Acquisition Integration Director, Mandy spent the final six years of her corporate career operating at main board level.
In 2017, Mandy co-founded Town Square Spaces Ltd, where she now serves as Chief Operating Officer. The company is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and enabling communities to thrive by creating collaborative spaces and tailored support. Under her leadership, Town Square has scaled significantly, delivering large-scale projects and achieving over £4 million turnover.
Mandy specialises in supporting businesses from pre-start through to early-stage growth, offering practical insight and strategic guidance across the full range of challenges faced by SMEs.
Having embedded herself into her local business community, Mandy is chair of Caerphilly Rural Development Fund, Vice-Chair of Caerphilly Business Club, and is also an advisory member on the boards of WRi, Breast Centre Wales and is a Big Ideas Wales Role Model.
A breast cancer survivor, Mandy uses her spare time to raise money for the Cardiff and Vale Breast Centre, for whom she has helped to fund complementary holistic therapy, a gym, full-time physiotherapist and exercise prescription.
