LM Conservation

I am Lazron Matia, a Sole trader specialising in preservation, conservation and joinery in historic buildings. I use modern equipment and techniques to support my knowledge and experience in traditional craftsmanship. I restore, repair and reconstruct classical carpentry and joinery and design and construct furniture to fit into an environment of architectural heritage. My workshop is fully equipped with efficient machinery.

I offer a consultations service and liaison with conservation officers and other organisations/owners of the historic building, these include:

- planning advice and consultancy
- woodwork preservation
- joinery such as doors, windows and frames
- carpentry made to original

Experienced individual with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in AutoCAD, Building Conservation, Joinery, Quantity Surveying, and Construction. Strong program and project management professional with a Master of Arts (MA) focused in Historic Preservation and Conservation from Birmingham City University.
