On 11 December 2023, Ifan and the team at Tyddyn Cae participated in a milk planning session with Tom. During this session, Tom highlighted the results of the SWOT analysis to upskill all of the team members' knowledge and understating in terms of udder health, treatment and efficiency. This has provided an opportunity for the team to develop and gain better satisfaction from their role and be willing and capable of taking on more responsibilities in the future.
