Through her work as a Farming Connect Agrisgôp Leader and modules in Change Leadership at Aberystwyth University she has developed strong coaching and facilitation skills that enable individuals to explore challenges, identify opportunities and make informed decisions about their future.
• Having worked closely with farmers and rural entrepreneurs at different stages of their business journey, Jacqui understands the value of creating a supportive space where people can reflect, think strategically and develop practical solutions. Her approach is centered on listening, asking insightful questions and encouraging individuals to find their own direction, rather than simply providing answers.
• Jacqui's professional background has equipped her with excellent organisational, communication and business planning skills, alongside extensive experience facilitating group discussions and peer-to-peer learning. • A fluent Welsh speaker, Jacqui has broad experience within the agricultural sector, including livestock farming, dairy herd management, horticulture, regenerative agriculture and agroforestry. This practical understanding allows her to relate to the realities of farming and rural business life while maintaining a strong focus on supporting the person behind the business.
• Her varied career has also included work in community arts and planning consultancy, experiences that further strengthened her ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, build trust and facilitate constructive conversations.
