The UK Government want your views on the plan to introduce the requirement for ‘not for EU’ labels on retail products across Great Britain (Wales, Scotland and England), and is legislating to confirm that labelling requirements on agrifood products are applied across Great Britain, to ensure no incentive arises for businesses to avoid placing goods on the Northern Ireland market.
The consultation closes on 15 March 2024.
