Aberystwyth University is launching a pilot Agri-Food Research Voucher Scheme, offering six innovation vouchers to support applied research projects for businesses, farms, supply chain organisations and community groups in Wales.
The vouchers provide 50% funding towards a research support package, enabling organisations to investigate challenges relating to sustainability, carbon reduction, productivity, resource efficiency, new products, or improved processes.
Successful applicants will receive:
- Research project development and scoping
- Specialist research training
- Academic supervision from Aberystwyth University experts
Projects will be workplace-based, addressing real-world business challenges and generating practical outcomes that can be applied directly within the organisation.
