New guidance on keeping children safe online

Even if you run an adult-only online service, like an online dating platform or a video game not suitable for children, you must assess whether children are likely to access your service. Even if you state in your terms of service that under 18s shouldn’t access your service, you still fall within scope of the code if children access your service in reality.
