Race Equality Week takes place from 5 to 11 February 2024, is an annual UK-wide movement, organised by Race Equality Matters, uniting thousands of organisations and individuals to address the barriers to race equality in the workplace.
The theme for this year is #ListenActChange was selected by the Race Equality Matters community.
If we all commit to #ListenActChange, then real change can take place.
Everyone has a role to play in the fight for racial equality in the workplace, from the top of each organisation to the bottom.
