The Welsh Government is seeking views on proposed amendments to Schedule 2 of the 2016 Act preventing bed and breakfast accommodation used for homelessness purposes being an occupation contract:
- the risk of a reduction in the availability of bed and breakfast provision as temporary accommodation
- additional risks to homeless households
The consultation closes on 15 September 2023.
