Supporting Vulnerable Customers – Guidance for convenience Stores

Everyday activities like shopping can present challenges for vulnerable customers. 

The Association of Convenience Stores (ACS) has produced guidance, which outlines some of the ways in which you can accommodate the needs of vulnerable customers in-store.

There are many small actions you can take to make your stores more accessible for everyone.

This may mean providing the service by a different method. Making adjustments in your store can benefit your customers and colleagues, ensuring that your store is accessible to everyone now and in the future.
