Whether you're upgrading equipment, improving energy efficiency or investing in renewable infrastructure, this is your opportunity to take a confident step towards a more sustainable business.
Through Powering Local Businesses, five businesses will each receive a £5,000 grant to help them make meaningful upgrades to their sustainability to save cash and carbon.
They might include:
- energy efficiency improvements, or upgrades to more efficient equipment
- renewable energy installations (solar panels, battery storage for example)
- an electric vehicle (EV) charger and management software
The grant is open to registered UK-based small businesses with physical premises, fewer than 50 employees and at least 12 months of trading history.
Plus five business owners will win a workplace electric vehicle charger (including standard installation) from Pod.
You can apply for the grant, the EV charger or both.
Applications close at midnight on 31 August 2026.
