Skills for Justice has been commissioned by Skills Development Scotland to carry out a review of the Youth Justice suite of National Occupational Standards (NOS). It has been over ten years since the NOS were last reviewed and updated so the review will focus on bringing the standards up to current practice and incorporating current language.
National Occupational Standards (NOS) describe the knowledge and skills needed to do a particular job to a nationally recognised level of competence. There are 24 NOS to be reviewed. You only need to respond to the NOS that are relevant to your area of relevant to your role and experience within the sector.
Please submit your completed survey as soon as possible and by midday Tuesday 17 December 2024 at the latest: Youth Justice National Occupational Standards Consultation
