People Systems International began with a simple but ambitious idea: to act local and act global—Wales to the world. Today, the company works as an experiential business consultancy with its sights firmly set on global impact, specialising in consultancy, sustainability, facilitation and innovation. But the story behind the business began much earlier.

From a young age, he was driven by a desire to make things better - better solutions, better businesses, and ultimately, a better, more sustainable world. As a teenager, he created and grew small businesses, experimenting with ideas, learning from both successes and mistakes, and discovering something important: if you want something to happen, you have to make it happen. If your idea is good - if it solves real problems and is marketed with energy and purpose - people will buy it.

That mindset formed the foundation of a lifelong entrepreneurial journey. A serial innovator at heart, he has always been fascinated by leading‑edge ideas, new technologies and ways of working that push boundaries. Commercialising sustainagile concepts required focus, creativity and the courage to turn ideas into start-ups. Over time, he learned how to transform innovation into practical, market-ready solutions that work - not just in theory, but in the real world.

Being his own boss has always been part of the vision. For him, entrepreneurship is about clarity of purpose: knowing why you want to lead, what you want to achieve, and how you plan to get there. His own vision included travel, global reach and international collaboration - so he built a business that could take him there. That’s why he chose the name People Systems International: because the ambition was never small, and neither was the impact he hoped to make.

The journey, of course, hasn’t been without challenges. But he sees obstacles as part of the fun - and part of the challenge. Problems are to be expected in business, and overcoming them is a vital skill. His resilience comes from thoughtful planning, a strong support network, a can‑do mindset and a commitment to innovative problem-solving. Each challenge has helped shape him into a stronger leader and a more agile entrepreneur.

Today, with global ambitions and a deep commitment to sustainability, innovation and human‑centred solutions, he continues to show aspiring entrepreneurs that you don’t need to wait for permission to start. If you want change, create it. If you believe in something, build it. And if your ideas have value, the world will recognise it.
