Emma Wilkins is a successful entrepreneur, business leader and mentor who founded her first business at just 21 years old. Over the past two decades, she has built and led successful businesses across commercial telecommunications, national exhibitions and property development, demonstrating that determination, resilience and a willingness to embrace opportunities can lead to long-term success.

Starting her entrepreneurial journey at a young age taught Emma the importance of backing herself, taking calculated risks and remaining adaptable in an ever-changing business landscape. These lessons have helped her build a diverse portfolio of businesses and establish a strong reputation within the Welsh business community.

Alongside her commercial achievements, Emma holds a Degree in Law, a Master's Degree in Business and Law, and a PGCE. She has also lectured in Entrepreneurship at university level, combining academic knowledge with practical, real-world experience to inspire and support aspiring entrepreneurs.

One of Emma's most significant achievements is the creation and growth of The Welsh Business Show, Wales' leading business exhibition series. Since its launch in 2010, the shows have brought together hundreds of businesses annually from across Wales, creating opportunities for networking, collaboration, learning and business growth. Through this platform, Emma has helped countless entrepreneurs and business owners access new contacts, ideas and opportunities.

Emma is passionate about encouraging people to explore entrepreneurship and realise their potential. She believes that successful businesses are built through perseverance, continuous learning and the confidence to take the first step, even when the outcome is uncertain.

Emma understands that every entrepreneurial journey is different. Having experienced both challenges and successes throughout her career, she enjoys sharing honest insights and practical advice to help others navigate their own path in business.

Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: believe in yourself, be willing to seize opportunities, and don't be afraid to start before you feel ready. Success rarely comes from waiting for the perfect moment; it comes from taking action and learning along the way.
