As the Founder of Henler and a Client Relationship Specialist, she has built a business on one powerful idea: helping people stay human in business. Across South Wales, she works with companies of all sizes to strengthen client relationships and build trust that lasts. Through dynamic workshops, strategic reviews, team mentoring and even stepping in as a neutral mediator when relationships get sensitive, she helps people do something surprisingly simple but often avoided - talk to each other. Because sometimes, the quickest way to repair a connection is to pick up the phone. But in business, that can feel harder than it should.
Her journey into entrepreneurship wasn’t sparked by a single event, but by a deep belief in authenticity. She had always been confident in who she was - and she wanted others in business to feel the same sense of certainty, pride and self‑belief. She wanted to help people celebrate who they are, appreciate who their clients are, and build positive working relationships that uplift both sides.
The second spark was autonomy. As a mum of three teenagers, she needed a business that worked with her life, not against it. She wanted the freedom to show up fully as herself - quirks, honesty, humour and all. She shared this realness openly with clients, her growing network and her strong LinkedIn community, discovering that people connect best when you show them your true self. From all of this, Henler was born: a business built to support teams across South Wales with the human side of business, and a platform that allowed her, as a Role Model, to encourage others to build businesses rooted in authenticity.
Being her own boss gives her the freedom to shape her work in a way that feels right. She charges what aligns with her value, chooses who she works with, and builds a business that reflects her personality. That autonomy fuels her energy, her creativity and the relationships she builds with clients - relationships that are warm, honest and deeply human.
Her inspiration also came from a place of purpose. Looking around, she saw a lack of female representation in the entrepreneurial world. As a passionate believer in women breaking through ‘glass ceilings’ - a belief shared by her mother and grandmothers before her - she felt both a duty and a privilege to step forward. Launching Henler wasn’t just a business decision; it was a stand for visibility, for representation and for showing other women that they belong in these spaces.
Like every entrepreneur, she has faced her share of challenges. One of the biggest was boundaries. In her first business, she worked late nights, weekends and even on holidays. She said yes to everyone and everything. It took time - and a lot of self‑awareness - to realise that pace wasn’t sustainable. Now she protects her time and energy with intention and has the confidence to say no. She still works hard, but no longer lets work take over her life. Life is too short to live glued to a laptop - there is so much more to see, do and experience. Building Henler with clearer boundaries has made her better in business, better at home and far more fulfilled in life.
Today, through Henler and her work as a Role Model, she empowers others to build businesses with heart, honesty and human connection at their core. She shows others that authenticity isn’t just a strength - it’s essential. And she continues to prove, every day, that staying human in business isn’t a weakness, but the key to building relationships that truly last.
