Community Engagement Team

The Community Engagement Team plays a vital role in fostering entrepreneurship and business startups across Wales. As part of the Business Wales program, which includes Big Ideas Wales, they focus on inspiring and connecting individuals, particularly young people between 16-25, who are considering starting a business or becoming self-employed.

Their work includes:

• Engagement & Outreach – Organising events, workshops, and networking opportunities to cultivate entrepreneurial ambition.
• Collaboration – Partnering with organisations and educational institutions to promote entrepreneurship
• Connecting – Facilitating access to the Role Model Network, Big Ideas Wales, and Business Wales services within communities and educational institutions.

Their mission is to ignite ambition and innovation across Wales, ensuring aspiring entrepreneurs have access to the tools and knowledge they need to succeed
