Communities for Work+

What is Communities for Work+?

Communities for Work Plus provides specialist employment advisory support and intensive mentoring for people with the legal right to live and work in the UK. You must be aged 20 years old or over, living in Wales and not in education, employment, or training, and have a complex barrier to employment. 16 to 19-year-olds are eligible, if they are not suitable for or choose not to engage onto either Jobs Growth Wales+ or any other local employability provision.

Communities for Work Plus can provide support to help to build your confidence, gain some work experience, learn new skills or re-write your CV. Communities for Work Plus will help you as an individual and will meet with you in your local community.

What are the benefits of Communities for Work+?

Communities for Work Plus is a voluntary programme, offering help, support, guidance and training in relation to finding employment, through 1-2-1 advice from a team of dedicated mentors.
