If you have reviewed the ‘What is SMART FIS’ page and you think this is the right support for your organisation, once you have a completed business plan you can access the application form and guidance for the funding below. A business plan is requirement to access the funding.
Once completed, email the application form to SMART.FIS@gov.wales.
