Enterprise when studying or working

You can still benefit from thinking like an entrepreneur even if you don't want to start your own business or you're not ready to take the plunge yet because you are still studying or you have a job. Employers are also looking for enterprising employees so becoming intrapreneurial can open so many doors for you now and in the future.

Get inspired by these amazing young business people in Wales!

Being an entrepreneur means having a certain attitude and that you think in a particular way. Entrepreneurs are good at spotting opportunities and seeing what is possible. This can be done in your job too or whilst you are studying. It is thought that showing a positive attitude and being proactive can create opportunities for you, even when you're employed by someone else.

It could help you land a summer job, promotion or bonus. It may lead you to trying something new and as a result you attract more customers, making your employer's business more profitable.
