The Goodness Guide, is my third and most recent venture launched in 2022, combines cutting-edge nutrition with personalised care. This platform is dedicated to empowering individuals to take charge of their health through bespoke strategies that target the root causes of their challenges. By integrating functional testing with a holistic, naturopathic approach, I support clients in transforming their well-being and achieving lasting improvements. Among my clients is Strictly Come Dancing star Amy Dowden, whose tailored nutritional plan has successfully helped reduce an manage her Crohn’s symptoms, enabling her recovery and return to the Strictly ballroom.
At 18 years old, I launched my first business—a local dance school. From the very start of my entrepreneurial journey, I discovered how much I enjoyed being my own boss and making key decisions. I relished the freedom to create something entirely my own and shape it with my vision.
One of my biggest challenges was being diagnosed with ME/CFS in 2012, a condition that drastically affected my life and career. When conventional medicine offered no solutions, I turned to alternative therapies and functional medicine. Through healing myself it led me to building my third company, The Goodness Guide.
Another challenge was transitioning between industries—from the world of entertainment with my entertainment agency MishMash Management to the equally demanding industry of health and wellness.
