Helping people develop their skills and achieve their goals – through training, coaching, business mentoring and writing business and educational books
Initially an employee, doing research, training and consultancy, I moved on to run various businesses of my own. One supplied works of art to companies, another was an employment agency for radiographers and later I started another business – Management Magic, specialising in training, consultancy and coaching based on NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). I also started Pentre Publications, initially to publish a magazine for consultants and, later, to publish some of my own books.
Over the past twenty five years I have had a number of books published – mainly business-related, but also on other topics such as pig-keeping, cookery and a series of educational books for children and some humourous books on personal effectiveness, business and writing.
Since 2003 my main business has been network marketing, where I coach and mentor people who set up home-based businesses under the umbrella of a global company in the health and nutrition field. My career has evolved, rather than being planned, and I need to do a variety of activities to keep myself engaged.
Learning is very important to me, and I work best when I am in control of my activities and working towards a result that I am enthusiastic about.

In my spare time I have been involved in a variety of activities, including breeding pigs, judging Afghan Hounds, teaching fencing and playing Taiko (Japanese drumming).
