From the very beginning, her work has been rooted in one simple belief: that true transformation begins with people. Today, she supports individuals and organisations to grow through coaching, leadership development, culture building and teambuilding - but the journey to becoming a business owner started long before the business itself.

Her inspiration came from the things that brought her genuine joy: helping others feel empowered, creating spaces where people feel they belong, and championing compassionate leadership. She realised that if a business could be an authentic expression of who you are and what you stand for, then hers would be heart‑led - driven by purpose, grounded in values, and centred entirely around people.

In December 2024, she took the leap into entrepreneurship. Fuelled by a passion for Coaching and the incredible impact it can have on someone’s life, she set out to build something that mattered. Drawing on years of experience in People and Culture roles, she created a business that blended everything she loved: personal growth, development, connection, and positive change. What she didn’t expect was that the business would transform her too. Each step has been a journey of self‑exploration, teaching her as much about herself as it has about the people she supports.

Being her own boss has opened a world of creativity and purpose. She now chooses the work she does and the people she works with, building something meaningful - something that genuinely makes a difference. Her areas of specialism reflect that: Coaching, People and Culture, Leadership Development, Teambuilding, Empowerment and Aspiration Workshops, Spiritual Development and Connecting People.

But like every entrepreneur, she has faced challenges. At first, she questioned whether she could even start a business. She pushed through the fear of posting on social media and the nerves of networking with strangers. Each hurdle became part of her growth. And along the way she discovered something powerful: being herself - fully and unapologetically - isn’t just enough…it’s her greatest strength. Her story, her journey, her history - these are not barriers, but her superpower.

Today, she continues to learn, evolve and inspire, proving every day that transformation is not just possible - it’s powerful.
